Results of the 2025 implementation of the Infrastructure Transparency Index (ITI) by CoST in Ghana. The ITI establishes a methodology for scoring the procuring entities evaluated in a national context, with individual scores used to generate an index that compares evaluated entities. It measures both the enabling conditions for transparency in the infrastructure sector and transparency-related practices applied to recently completed projects.
