Results of the Infrastructure Transparency Index (ITI) assessment conducted by CoST in Afghanistan in 2021. The ITI establishes a methodology for scoring procuring entities in a national or subnational context and uses those individual scores to compare entities. It measures both the enabling conditions for transparency in the infrastructure sector and transparency-related practices applied to recently completed projects.
